These flanges feature a male and female interface that compresses a 0.080-inch diameter OFHC copper wire, forming a leak-tight seal down to 10⁻¹³ mbar—even after repeated bakeouts up to 450 °C.

Enhanced with OHFC copper gaskets, these flanges offer exceptional compatibility with UHV conditions and process chemistries, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
