Built for high-vacuum reliability and ease of installation, our Wire Seal Female Bored Flanges are ready to integrate directly into your system. Available in sizes from 12″ to 27″ nominal OD (tube sizes: 10″ to 24″ OD), these flanges come pre-machined with weld prep and tubing bore, eliminating the need for additional modifications.

The sealing mechanism uses a 0.080-inch diameter OFHC copper wire, compressed between a male and female flange to achieve a leak-tight seal down to 10⁻¹³ mbar, even after repeated bakeouts at 450 °C.
