Permeation type calibrated Helium leak 1 to 9.10e-9 Atm-cc/sec with 1/2″ OD smooth tube fitting

Helium calibrated leaks are essential components in vacuum technology, ensuring the precision and reliability of leak detection systems. These devices are designed to provide a consistent and known leak rate, typically measured in standard cubic centimeters per second (std-cc/sec). Helium diffuses through the glass membrane at a constant rate determined by the membrane thickness and surface area. These permeation leaks are highly resistant to clogging by nature of their design. Demaco offers a range of helium calibrated leaks from 10e-6 up to 10e-9 std-cc/sec.
Each leak is certified and traceable to NIST standards, ensuring reliability and precision. For customers that like to have a specific leak rate we offer two different extra close tolerance options.
All calibrated leaks are supplied with ½” OD smooth tube outlet fittings. Please consult Demaco for any other tube size or fitting like KF, CF, VCR, NPT or Cajon. We also offer a metal bellow sealed isolation valve as an option.
