Orifice type calibrated He, Ar, N, H, O, Air or CO2 leak 1 to 9.10e-5 Atm-cc/sec with 1/2″ OD tube

Orifice leaks are critical components in the field of vacuum technology, offering a precise method to control and measure gas flow through a small, calibrated opening. These leaks are available in wide ranges from 10e-3 to 10e-8 std-cc/sec. For customers that like to have a specific leak rate we offer two different extra close tolerance options 

All calibrated leaks are supplied with ½” OD smooth tube outlet fittings. Please check the categorie CONNECTIONS for any other tube size or fitting like KF, CF, VCR, NPT or Cajon. We also offer a metal bellow sealed isolation valve as an option.
As an option we also offer our orifice leaks with extra close tolerances or specific leak

When ordering please specify in the “Order Notes” which specific gas you require, please include the article number with the XX replaced by the 2 digits of the specific gass.
