These Single Claw Clamps, also known as ISO-K claw, are designed for sealing ISO-K to ISO-F flanges in vacuum systems. High-grade steel screw clamps, suitable for elastomer seals and metal seals, should only be used with thread lubricant. The claw clamp securely hooks into a ridged groove on the back side of the ISO-K vacuum flange. To create a vacuum seal between the two flange faces, the union requires a centering ring containing a rubber elastomeric O-ring. These clamps play a crucial role in building vacuum systems.
