Our modular ISO-KF vacuum flange fitting and component system follows a building block approach. Utilizing KF flanges, including blind and welding flanges, enables the design and assembly of pipelines and connections. KF Flanges and fittings, serving as gender-neutral flange connectors, facilitate the alignment of flanges for diverse vacuum applications. Choose from a range of KF vacuum hardware, such as centering rings, quick clamps, elbows, tees, crosses, bellows hoses, and additional components.

Stainless steel elbows, and all tees and crosses are made with the pull port technique. This allows smooth, crevice-free butt welds to provide the maximum in cleanliness for UHV applications. Bakeout range is up to 200°C. Electropolished finish can be provided as an option.

Aluminum KF-fittings are made out of solid aluminum. The criteria for this choice are: low outgassing, good corrosion resistance and high hardness. The luxurious manufacturing of these fittings, has been chosen to avoid the often occurring porosity of casting material. This high level of hardness, reduces the danger of damaging the vulnerable seal.
The special design with different sized port lengths, makes it possible to save space or to create an extensive construction.
