🔩 All-Metal Bellows

Our circular corrugated metal bellows are engineered for optimal elasticity and compressive strength. The unique profiling enhances flexibility while maintaining structural integrity.
To ensure a clean finish and eliminate temper colors, we use a vacuum annealing process—baking the bellows at approx. 1040 °C under forming gas. This treatment softens the metal, giving it exceptional flexibility and a polished weld seam.

🔧 Flexible Stainless Steel Bellows

Heat-treated for maximum flexibility, these bellows feature more convolutions than standard models—resulting in lower spring rates and superior movement. Ideal for dynamic vacuum systems requiring frequent motion or vibration absorption.

⚙️ Edge-Welded Bellows

Designed for maximum axial and lateral movement, edge-welded bellows are excellent vibration compensators. Their precision welds and thin-wall construction make them perfect for sensitive applications.

💨 PVC Vacuum Hoses
