301 Busy Bee pirani/capacitance diaphragm gauge with display and 2 setpoints, DN16CF flange

The PCM301 Busy Bee™ module combines Pirani technology with a ceramic capacitance diaphragm sensor. This Pirani capacitance vacuum gauge utilizes both Pirani and capacitive sensor signals proportionally for precise pressure measurements throughout its entire measurement range.

With a built-in backlit display and two set point relays, it offers flexibility for various process control schemes and can be mounted in any orientation.

Measurement above 10 mbar ensures safe venting of gas mixtures, accompanied by a log-linear analog output and the option for an atmospheric switch.

Pressure reading:          Torr/mbar/Pa with response time of <30 ms.

Setpoint accuracy N2: 3.8 x 10-4 to 7.6 x 10-4 Torr: ± 50% of reading

75 to 715 Torr: ± 5% of reading

715 to 790 Torr: ± 2.5% of reading
