WS2 Coating offers low friction, enhancing fastener performance and extending its lifespan. The coating prevents galling, fretting, and friction resulting from dissimilar metals and varying hardness factors, ensuring a 100% lubricious texture.

WS2 Coating molecularly bonds to the applied material, maintaining dimensional integrity within 1/2 micron and withstanding loads up to 100,000 PSI. It operates without the need for bakeout or heat curing, within a broad temperature range (-460°F to 1,200°F or -273°C to 650°C), and possesses inert, inorganic, non-toxic, non-distortive qualities, along with resistance to most solvents. The coating can be easily eliminated by removing the bonded substrate.
