The coating promptly bonds to metal or resin, achieving a thickness of merely 0.00002″ (1/2 micron).

The WS2 coating significantly enhances the performance and lifespan of fasteners more effectively than other dry lubricants. It achieves this by reducing friction and noise, enhancing mold release, and addressing potential issues related to excessive wear, seizing, galling, or fretting.
