SMC Slit valves feature a non-contact shaft seal designed to safeguard the bellows in the event of a broken wafer. These Slit Valves are equipped with a gasket featuring a wiper for enhanced bellows protection and rubber cushions for opening and closing, ensuring impact absorption. They incorporate an end lock mechanism for added security and boast a service life of two million cycles.

These slit valves come with a standard opening size ranging from 32 x 222mm to 50 x 336mm, with wider versions available upon request.

Various versions are offered, including Insert or Cassette body types, One or Two shaft configurations, and options for O-ring or Bellows seals, with seal materials available in Viton or Kalrez.
