XLAQ is an Aluminum One-touch Connection and Release High Vacuum Angle Valve, designed as Normally Closed with a Bellows Seal.

It features a one-touch connection and release mechanism for the bonnet assembly, ensuring easy maintenance. Compact and lightweight, it offers large conductance despite its small body size.

Careful handling is necessary to prevent accidental disassembly. This single acting XLAQ valve can be serviced without the need for tools. It allows for O-ring replacement and internal body cleaning without dismantling from the system.
