The valve housing is constructed from a sturdy solid aluminum profile, providing robustness. Featuring a laser-welded Stainless Steel 1.4541 bellows along with a valve plate and seal, these valves assure vacuum performance.

Suitable for functions including high vacuum, isolation, or venting applications, they offer advantages such as low leak rates, lightweight design, high conductance, and a Stainless Steel bellows. Additionally, both the valve and actuator are securely sealed with Viton O-rings.
