XY High Vacuum Valves are designed as in-line types, constructed from Stainless Steel. The XYA model operates in a single acting capacity, while the XYC operates in a double acting mode.

Both models feature bellows-sealed technology, ensuring cleanliness and freedom from particulates. A precision casting with unified composition prevents gas accumulation, while providing a service life exceeding 2 million cycles for air-operated valves.

These valves are lightweight, compact, and equipped with a pressure balance mechanism for unrestricted exhaust direction.
