Stainless Steel in-line KF valves fulfil the leak tightness demands for high vacuum applications. To achieve this leak tightness, Novotek uses bellow sealed valves. The valve housing is made of a Stainless Steel ball.
A laser welded bellow made of Stainless Steel 1.4541, with valve plate and seal, guarantees a high vacuum. These valves can be used as high vacuum valve, isolation valve or venting valve. Service life is at 300.000 cycles, bakeout at 160°C.
