The Gate Valve features a Copper Bonnet seal. Pneumatic Operated Gate Valves with a copper bonnet seal are exclusively offered with CF flanges, covering port sizes from 5/8 to 12 inches.

This valve, when equipped with a copper bonnet seal, allows for baking up to 250°C with the gate in the open position, provided the air solenoid and position indicators are removed.

An optional high-temperature Kalrez gate O-ring is available for this version. Additionally, silicone heater jackets can be provided for bakeouts up to 200°C.
