The precision leak valve allows for adjustable rates down to a minimum leak of 7.10 e-8 mBar.l/sec. Leakage is regulated by releasing the pressure applied to the replaceable nickel diaphragm.

The variable leak valve features a sapphire assembly with vented threads to prevent trapped gas. It maintains a controlled leak rate of 10 e-10 mBar.l/sec (minimum). The leak detector boasts a sensitivity of 10 e-10 mBar.l/sec.
