The Ultra Fine Needle Valve is constructed from Stainless Steel and features Perlast seals, with other seal materials also available, along with a variety of fitting and flange options.

These needle valves provide precise gas flow control across typical ranges of 0-20, 0-1000, and 0-3000 std.cm3/min air at a 1-bar differential pressure.

Designed for use in both pressure and vacuum applications, they are particularly well-suited for gas analyzers, chromatographs, and mass spectrometers, as well as any application requiring precise gas flow control.

The valve offers extremely smooth opening characteristics to prevent bursts of gas that could disrupt delicate or Ultra-High Vacuum instrumentation.
