Our oil-sealed rotary vane pumps are compact and quiet, excelling in water vapor tolerance. Enhanced functionality is achieved through side-mounted catch-pot and oil mist filter designs, expanding their application possibilities.

These pumps, whether used as backing pumps to generate the required backing pressure for turbopumps or as standalone units, are sturdy with a long life. As displacement pumps, they provide a virtually steady low-pulsation suction volume flow, independent of the gas type. Operating on the principle of an eccentrically supported rotor in a housing with two or more movable vanes, our rotary vane vacuum pumps establish and maintain essential vacuum conditions. The range includes low and high-capacity models.

Special vacuum oils, or operating fluids, play a crucial role in insulating and lubricating components, leading to very low final pressures. The oil lubrication ensures an exceptionally long lifetime, even during continuous operation. Pressurized oil circulation guarantees a stable, low ultimate vacuum, and integrated shut-off valves prevent oil migration when switched off.
