Tip seal set for a two-stage Anest Iwata Scroll pump. Worn-out tip seals can diminish the pump’s capability to achieve the lowest ultimate pressure. Replacing the tip seals allows for convenient onsite maintenance, minimizing downtime and swiftly restoring your instruments to operation.

The Minor Maintenance Kit should be used every 4,000 running hours. This kit should cover all “normal” maintenance up to that point.

O-ring Set + Air Flush Kit + Seal Set + Grease Kit + Exhaust Valve Set

The Major Maintenance Kit should be used every 8,000 running hours. This kit should cover all regularly occurring maintenance. It will cover all “normal” wear and tear for the ISP vacuum pump during this time.
