X(Y) Precision Manipulator with Bellow sealing is utilized for accurate positioning of samples along one or two axes. Its ultra-high vacuum (UHV) performance and robust construction enable mounting in any orientation.
The XY stage enables smooth movement along both the X and Y axes, enhancing versatility and precision in sample transfer operations.
