They are bakeable up to 150°C and feature laser-etched scales in 1° increments for accurate positioning. The integration of stepper motors allows for automated control, enhancing precision and repeatability in tasks such as sample surface analysis (XPS, AES, SIMS) and ion/neutron/atom scattering experiments.
