The MHV Floating Electrical Feedthroughs, also known as High Voltage BNC Feedthroughs, are designed for medium to high power applications with elevated voltage requirements.
Equipped with floating shields, these feedthroughs feature two concentric conductors: an outer conductor that encloses a cylindrical center conductor. Both electrical paths are isolated from the vacuum flange. While MHV and BNC feedthroughs may appear similar, they have distinct electrical ratings and should never be cross-mated due to compatibility issues.
MHV-style feedthroughs are available in various mounting, grounding, and impedance options. Each MHV feedthrough is supplied with an Air side connector for convenience.
