The TMC13 Thickness Monitor Controller features six channels for quartz balance and an intuitive, multi-language interface.
It includes inputs for two of the most active vacuum gauges, up to 8 shutters, reprogrammable I/O, relay outputs, and two analog outputs for rate and thickness monitoring, all with high resolution.
Communication interfaces include RS232/485 and Ethernet IP, along with industry-standard 6 MHz Crystal and rapid SE and LabVIEW libraries, facilitating seamless operation of up to two multi-crystal sensor heads.
