Sample puck for transferable heating up to 1.600°C, with dimensions of 25mm in diameter, 44mm in height, and 63mm in width.
This heating system serves various purposes including heating the sample, applying an electrical bias, monitoring sample temperature, and evaporating materials onto the sample.
The system comprises:
Sample puck, with or without a built-in heater.
Receiving station mounting, which can be fixed brackets or attached to any manipulator.
Adapter or modification for a manipulator, enabling the puck to be securely locked onto the receiving station.
