PowderShield enclosures enable additive manufacturers to securely post-process prints and recover metallic and non-metallic powders. By confining airborne powder particulate within Inert’s controlled atmosphere, these enclosures mitigate operator health risks, protect area electronics from damage, and minimize fire hazards associated with combustible titanium powders.

The PowderShield™ enclosure serves as the system’s foundation, with a repeatable hermetic seal, hinged window panel, LED lighting, and stand, alongside optional features like a rotating tilt table, vacuum hose, and blow-off gun for tailored depowdering solutions.

Once powders are removed, the gravity-fed chute collects and contains them for reuse, seamlessly integrating with sieves, powder hoppers, and collection kegs.
