The Thermocouple gauge utilizes thermal conductivity to measure vacuum pressures, employing a wire filament heated by current and measuring the resulting temperature change with a thermocouple. The gauge tubes are compatible with Teledyne-Hastings DV-6M & DV-6R, with all parts in contact with the process made of stainless steel.

The thermocouple vacuum gauge is a cost-effective instrument operating with a voltage range of 90 to 240V at 50 or 60 Hz. Additionally, it can be used with VRC-6 or Hastings DV-6 gauge tubes, featuring a standard 0 to 5 VDC analog output on both the indicator and dual set point controller models.

Setpoint accuracy:       Better than ± 1 mTorr from 1 to 20 mTorr.
