Absolute and Differential vacuum switch based on the capacitance diaphragm pressure measurement principal.
The VSM100 Mini Bee™ is a cleanroom compliant all stainless steel corrosion resistant vacuum switch. It is a high-accuracy, temperature compensated sensor designed for reliable pressure detection in vacuum applications.
No maintenance required in clean applications and a robust corrosion resistant design.
Absolute switch: full scale rating of 1000 Torr
setpoint relay can be preset to any user value from 20 to 970 Torr.
Differential switch Setpoint can be preset set -99 Torr to +46 Torr relative to atmosphere. Relay energized when differential pressure setpoint is reached.
Setpoint accuracy: 0.5% of full scale value with response time of less than 46 ms.
