The Terranova model 808 Silicon diaphragm vacuum sensor offers a solution for gas-species-independent pressure measurement within the range of 0.5 Torr to 1000 Torr. It is well-suited for integration with the Terranova 809 Diaphragm Gauge Controller and, when combined with the Terranova 908A Dual Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge Controller, it forms a comprehensive system for rough vacuum/precision backfill, ensuring good accuracy and repeatability.
The Terranova 808 is recommended for applications demanding inert surfaces and gas species independence at an affordable price.
Pressure range: 808-1000-NPT: 0.5 torr to 1000 torr
808-C100-NPT: 50 mtorr to 100 torr
Setpoint accuracy: 2% of Full scale
