Aluminum and Stainless Steel KF Centering Rings feature a central part made of their respective materials to align elastomer seals, positioned between two KF flanges with matching outer diameters. These components are fastened together using either wingnut clamps or chain clamps. Intermediate sizes such as KF10, KF20, and KF32 are less common and have smaller bore sizes compared to the mating KF16, KF25, and KF40 sizes. Additionally, KF Centering Rings made from POM material are designed for High Vacuum and Overpressure (2.5 Bar) applications, boasting characteristics such as high strength, hardness, and stiffness across a wide temperature range, along with other favorable properties like abrasion resistance and low water absorption.
