The centering rings, incorporating rubber elastomeric O-rings, establish vacuum seals between mating ISO-K or ISO-F flange faces. ISO-K fittings, utilizing claw clamps, can be quickly assembled in any orientation, with the clamp engaging a ridged groove on the back side of the ISO-K flange. In contrast, ISO-F fixed flange vacuum fittings feature a bolt circle for aligning the two flanges. These Centering Rings feature metal support rings with elastomer seals, and some include additional metal Outer Rings, also known as ISO centering rings without outer rings.
