Conical Adapter Fittings comprise two different types of Vacuum Flanges (KF and ISO) with a tube length of 50mm. The conical tube between the two flanges offers superior conductance compared to straight tubes. Both the inside and outside surfaces are meticulously cleaned, and polishing or glass bead blasting can be done upon request. Other combinations and lengths are available upon request. The ISO-KF flanges are commonly referred to as quick flange fittings due to their easy assembly. The vacuum seal between the connecting flanges is formed by a circumferential clamp and a centering ring, which includes a rubber elastomer O-ring.
