ConFlat 90 Degree Radius Elbows are equipped with two rotatable flanges. These radius elbows demonstrate superior conductance when compared to Mitered Elbows of the same tube dimension. The bakeout range extends up to 450°C, and an optional electropolish finish is available. Utilized for achieving a 90-degree change in direction between two CF flange faces, these 90-degree elbows are standard for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) applications. They employ a flat gasket positioned between two knife edges to ensure a vacuum-tight seal. Mating flanges share identical profiles, eliminating the need to store two types or worry about compatibility.
