Copper Gaskets designed for ConFlat Flanges employ Oxygen-Free OFHC copper, ensuring a vacuum-tight seal up to 10^-13 mbar, even after repeated baking at 450 °C. These gaskets are punched from a copper plate, subjected to chemical cleaning, and carefully packaged to reduce the risk of scratches and burs. They are specifically engineered for use in the industry-standard “captured copper gasket” sealing principle.

Each copper gasket is individually sealed, with model numbers concluding with “-100” available for purchase in packages of 100 pieces.
