ConFlat Tees are available in both Fixed and Rotatable configurations, with the flanges on these Tees being either non-rotatable or rotatable. The side port features a smooth inner surface achieved through the pull-port technique. The bakeout range for these Tees extends up to 450°C, and an optional electropolish finish is available. The CF Tee is extensively used in high vacuum and UHV applications, supporting a variety of gauges, instruments, accessories, and feedthroughs within this flange system.
