Rotatable ConFlat (CF) Bored Flanges with untapped bolt holes, alternatively recognized as CF Weld flange rotatable untapped with through-holes, come in bore sizes provided in both inches and millimeters. These rotatable CF flanges streamline alignment with the bolt holes of other system components, offering infinitely rotatable joints. The inclusion of copper gaskets ensures self-centering of CF flanges, while standard leak grooves simplify troubleshooting and gasket removal.

Assembly instructions for CF Flanges:
• Apply a small amount of high temperature anti-seize compound to the bolt threads.
• Check that both flange surfaces are clean and sealing edges are free from nicks and scratches.
• Use clean, lint free gloves, unpack gasket.
• Place gasket in the knife edge.
• Align the mating hole pattern and leak test grooves.
• Install the proper bolts and tighten hand tight. Check to see that the flange faces are parallel.
• Tighten the bolts 1/4 to 1/2 turns using a circular clockwise pattern until the flange faces are metal to metal.
