Non-Rotatable ConFlat (CF) Bored Flanges with untapped bolt holes, commonly identified as CF fixed bored flanges with through-holes, come in bore sizes offered in both inches and millimeters. This non-rotatable CF flange is specifically designed to be paired with a rotatable CF flange for simplified alignment with the bolt holes. Utilizing a flat gasket positioned between two knife edges, these flanges ensure a vacuum-tight seal. The mating flanges share identical profiles, making them sexless and eliminating the need to store two types or worry about compatibility.

Assembly instructions CF Flanges:
• Apply a small amount of high temperature anti-seize compound to the bolt threads.
• Check that both flange surfaces are clean and sealing edges are free from nicks and scratches.
• Use clean, lint free gloves, unpack gasket.
• Place gasket in the knife edge.
• Align the mating hole pattern and leak test grooves.
• Install the proper bolts and tighten hand tight. Check to see that the flange faces are parallel.
• Tighten the bolts 1/4 to 1/2 turns using a circular clockwise pattern until the flange faces are metal to metal.
