Products can be returned within 14 days from delivery if they have not been used and if they are returned in their original packaging*.

We will credit your invoice (including shipping cost) minus 20% re-stocking charge. The credit invoice will be issued within 14 days from goods receiving at Demaco.

Non catalogue items (specials) will not be credited if they are produced according drawing or written description.

* Shipping cost involved with returning will be paid by the customer.
